Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AAA Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202343750G) ("AAA Corporate Services", "we", "us") is a corporate services firm in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when you use this website, contact us or engage us.

2. What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address and the content of your email, including any documents you attach.
• When you call or message us: your name, phone number and what you tell us.
• When you use the chat widget: the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address and your message. The chat may be answered by an AI assistant.
• When you engage us: the identification and company details we must collect for customer due diligence as a registered corporate service provider, such as NRIC or passport details, addresses and details of directors, shareholders and beneficial owners.
• When you browse: our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

This site has no sign-up or subscription forms at present. If we add one, it will link to this notice and ask for your consent.

3. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To provide the incorporation, company secretarial, accounting, tax and CFO services you ask for.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties, including the Companies Act and ACRA's rules for corporate service providers.
• To keep records of our communications with you.
• To keep this website running and secure.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and in line with the PDPA's Do Not Call provisions.

4. Who we share it with

• Government agencies such as ACRA and IRAS, where needed to make filings for you.
• LeadConnector (HighLevel): provides the chat widget on this site. What you type in the chat is processed by LeadConnector on our behalf.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes technical data to deliver and protect it.
• Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Our email provider: stores emails you send to us.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• AAA Digital & AI Studio: our digital and AI unit, where needed to provide the services you ask for.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to make sure your data gets protection comparable to the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires (for example, customer due diligence records that corporate service providers must keep). After that, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. Your choices

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing cosec@aaacorpsvc.com. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue helping you, and we will tell you if that is the case.

8. Changes to this notice
